Company Overview:

Our leading customer is embarking on a strategic transition from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Following the recent acquisition of a manufacturing facility in Poland, they are initiating a critical project to implement D365 F&O across operations. The factory, currently running on SAP, will continue using it until January 2026, with the wider transformation project set to complete by the end of 2027.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ERP implementations, particularly in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading transitions from SAP to D365, possess excellent communication skills in both English and Polish, and be capable of driving complex projects with limited internal Dynamics 365 expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O at the Polish factory location.
• Define and initiate the project within a strict 6-month timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and IT.
• Ensure alignment with the customer’s global transition from SAP to Dynamics 365.
• Manage project scope, budget, risks, and timelines.
• Provide leadership and guidance to teams with limited D365 experience.
• Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the implementation team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Background in SAP-to-D365 migration projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycles.
• Fluent in English and Polish – both written and verbal.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, with regular onsite presence in Łódź, Poland.
