ServiceNow Developer – Digital Transformation Projects

About the Role

In this role, you’ll work on developing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, helping to streamline and improve workflows across various business units. Your responsibilities will range from technical design and development to configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation. You'll collaborate closely with Business Analysts who gather requirements and perform analyses, allowing you to focus on designing and building effective technical solutions.

You’ll engage in both internal and external projects, contribute to platform administration, and participate in meetings where your input will directly influence the solution design. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, offering continuous growth and learning opportunities—including support for certification and training in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and project teams
  • Create technical documentation and follow best practices for code management
  • Participate in internal and client-facing meetings to define solution approaches
  • Manage system configurations and support platform administration
  • Contribute to the development of integrations with business systems
  • Collaborate on enhancements involving AI, machine learning, and advanced automation

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Building new graphical interfaces and improving user experience
  • Developing integrations with external systems
  • Enhancing operational efficiency through automation and smart workflows
  • Onboarding new customers to customized ServiceNow portals
  • Participating in roadmap-driven projects within a fast-paced, evolving environment

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
  • A hands-on developer who is not afraid to pitch in wherever needed
  • Someone who documents their work clearly and values clear communication
  • Experienced in developing and automating solutions within ServiceNow, especially in areas like Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Familiar with ITSM frameworks and ideally with service provider environments
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
