Job Title: NetSuite Finance Consultant

Location: Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Norrköping, or Sundsvall – hybrid/flexible)

Employment Type: Permanent

Language Requirement: Fluent in Swedish and English

I'm currently supporting a fast-growing international consultancy with a strong Nordic presence in their search for a NetSuite Finance Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid ERP experience—either as a consultant or as a super user in finance—who is ready to take the next step in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and supporting NetSuite implementation and development projects
• Advising clients on finance processes and ERP best practices
• Acting as a trusted consultant in business process improvements
• Collaborating in a strong team of finance, tech, and ERP professionals

What we're looking for:

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Jeeves
• Background in finance/accounting—e.g. controller or accountant roles
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and business systems
• Higher education in finance, business, or a related field
• Fluent in Swedish and English (other Nordic languages are a plus)
