ServiceNow Arcitect

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join the team. As part of the ServiceNow Transformation team, you will play a critical role in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design tailored solutions to enhance their operational efficiency using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple clients.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the ServiceNow platform, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and custom applications.
• Define and implement best practices for ServiceNow implementations and ensure scalability, security, and integration with existing systems.
• Develop high-level design documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, including workflows, automation, integrations, and UI/UX design.
• Lead and mentor junior developers and consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, client presentations, and proof of concepts (PoCs).
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow product releases and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow core modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including web services, REST, SOAP, and data sources.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide scripting) and workflows.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and release management processes.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow custom application development.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, ITIL processes, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
