Empiric are currently working alongside one of the most innovative blue chip organisations looking for a Senior Python Developer with over 5 years hands on experience, strong coding skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Senior Python Developer as you should have excellent relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and client-side engineering teams

The Senior Python Developer should have a strong background in Python, API and SDK development. Also you will develop and maintain web applications using a variety of technologies. Participate in migration initiatives to move existing services to new platforms or architectures. Provide ongoing operational support for our suite of applications.

Senior Python Developer knowledge /experience:

• Strong knowledge and experience with Python 5+ years

• Operating system administration in Linux/Unix

• Network administration (VPC, DNS, load balancing, security groups)

• Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills and experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong customer focus and ownership

• Able to work in a diverse team

• Term: 6 to 12 Months plus extensions
• Rate: Day rate + Starter Bonus + Free Lunch Club experience
