Location: Glasgow, 2 days remote 3 onsite

Initial contract length: 12 months

THE COMPANY

Empiric are working with our partner to secure a KONG API Application Manager for a long-term programme.

The specialist will lead a Platform team in the migration of an existing platform to the cloud using KONG API as the integration tool.

THE INDIVIDUAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Integration experience (Kong API; Kong Konnect; Kong Mesh; Kong Gateway Enterprise)
• Ability to confidently discuss and design development competence in API management
• Programming scripting knowledge
• Cloud & Microservices experience
• AGILE/SCRUM knowledge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·Agile/Scrum certification

·SAFe Agilists training and certification

·DevOps foundations training (DASA or equal)

·Kong Gateway Certified Associate
