Senior Oracle Sales Consultant

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading provider of Oracle solutions, driving growth and delivering excellence in Consulting Projects and Managed Services for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Oracle ERP Financials Sales Consultant, you will:

• Drive and exceed sales targets by selling Managed Services and Consulting Projects to Oracle Cloud customers, focusing on ERP Financials.
• Own the end-to-end sales process, including identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and managing relationships.
• Leverage Oracle’s extensive customer base to foster relationships and generate leads through strategic client engagement.
• Lead the bidding cycle process, including PQQ, RFP, and ITT, coordinating with internal and Oracle resources.
• Collaborate with Oracle Sales and Customer Success teams to strengthen multi-level relationships within accounts.
• Support marketing activities, such as seminars, events, and collateral creation, to enhance brand presence.

Your Experience

We are seeking candidates with:

• Proven success in selling Oracle ERP Financials solutions and services.
• A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
• Expertise in building strong client relationships and understanding the back-office applications marketplace.
• Strong sales acumen, including solution design techniques, business case development, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of IT project implementation methodologies and sales methodologies.

The Role

• Permanent position based in the UK, covering the entire UK.
• Requires eligibility for UK Government Clearance at SC Level.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary plus an attractive commission plan with achievable targets.
• 100% OTE
• Ideally around £75,000 + £75,000 OTE
