Are you an experienced NetSuite Consultant looking to work with a global, acquisition-driven company that leverages NetSuite to integrate new entities and scale operations? This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, data-driven organisation, providing strategic support for NetSuite implementations across newly acquired businesses.

The Role

As a NetSuite Consultant within this forward-thinking organisation, you’ll play a key role in integrating newly acquired entities into the company’s NetSuite ecosystem. You’ll work closely with another consultant, a dedicated developer, and report directly to the Systems Manager. This role involves configuring, customising, and optimising NetSuite to align with each business unit’s unique needs, ensuring smooth implementations and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects for newly acquired entities, from requirements gathering through to post-go-live support.
  • Configuration & Customisation: Work with stakeholders to configure NetSuite solutions, including custom fields, forms, workflows, and reports, tailoring each implementation to fit specific business needs.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the in-house developer and other NetSuite consultant to develop robust, scalable systems and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Integration & Data Migration: Oversee data migration processes and assist with integration efforts to connect NetSuite with existing systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to end-users on NetSuite features and functionalities, supporting them in navigating new system implementations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimising the NetSuite environment, implementing best practices to streamline processes and enhance performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant or similar role within an acquisition-heavy environment; previous experience in data or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and customisation; experience with data migration and integration is essential.
  • Project Management: Strong project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading ERP projects from inception to completion.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and solution-oriented, with a focus on optimising system functionality and supporting business growth.

What’s in It for You?

  • Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility of working both in the London office and remotely.
  • Career Growth: Join a company committed to professional development, with opportunities to advance within a global organisation.
  • Impactful Work: Play an essential role in shaping the company’s ERP landscape, enabling seamless growth and integration.

If you’re a NetSuite expert with a passion for driving system efficiencies and supporting rapid business growth, we’d love to hear from you!
