NetSuite Specialist

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Systems Analyst to join our expanding tech team, playing a crucial role in delivering our future growth strategy. As a NetSuite Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and optimizing business processes, leveraging NetSuite’s native functionalities or customizing the software to meet organizational needs. This role also involves supporting end-users with reports, KPIs, dashboards, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to several exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Support: Provide ongoing internal technical support to NetSuite users, ensuring smooth operations and system functionality.
• User Management: Oversee account management, including role and access administration, profile creation, and security measures.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the executive team, Supply Chain, and Finance, to gather and document business and technical requirements, translating them into operational solutions and managing development efforts as needed.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Customization: Develop and maintain customized fields, forms, scripts, workflows, and custom records within NetSuite.
• Integrations: Assist in developing and architecting integrations between NetSuite and other systems/applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
• User Support: Support end-user requests by developing and maintaining saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Experience: 3-5 years of NetSuite Consulting experience with a deep understanding of key processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, intercompany elimination, and fixed assets management.
• Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance and supply chain operations, with the ability to collaborate effectively across financial and operational teams.
• Technical Skills: Basic SuiteScript experience is advantageous, along with integration experience (REST, SOAP) and the ability to manage requirements, create and test processes, develop documentation, and provide end-user training.
