Empiric is on an exciting journey of expansion, and we're in search of a Marketing Manager to join our team. With a focus on driving our brand forward, this role is pivotal in developing and executing creative marketing strategies that support Empiric's growth within the technology recruitment sector.

You'll also support the Next Tech Girls team, an Empiric-created initiative inspiring teenage girls to pursue careers in technology.

You’ll possess a keen interest in branding, design and SEO and be an ambitious brand ambassador who thrives on organisation and collaboration.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Brand Development: Advance Empiric's brand identity, ensuring messaging consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Content Marketing & Sales Enablement: Develop and oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, video interviews, etc.) for brand messaging and sales collateral (pitch materials, one-pagers, testimonials).
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate with consultants to execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring clarity on deliverables and objectives.
  • Website Management: Oversee the updating of client logos, testimonials, and vital information.
  • SEO & Analytics: Drive SEO strategy (using Hike), conduct ongoing keyword research, optimise website content, and analyse performance with Google Analytics to enhance search rankings and inform marketing decisions.
  • Social Media: Develop strategic campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive meaningful audience engagement. Assist in crafting compelling content from industry news, track performance metrics.
  • Communications: Support internal and external communications initiatives, including newsletters, bulletins, notices, and more.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on content management for websites and social media.
  • A team player with excellent organisation and communication abilities, keen to adapt and build relationships across the business.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva/Figma, Salesforce/HubSpot, WordPress, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / related work experience in Marketing, Business.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing or related areas (e.g. Hubspot academy).

Experience Nice to Haves:

  • Basic video editing.
  • Presenting marketing reports and results to leadership.
  • LinkedIn ad creation and optimisation.

Hands on training will be provided!
