As a pivotal leadership position, this role entails overseeing and expanding our network of channel partners. It demands a proactive approach to crafting and implementing a holistic channel partner strategy that harmonizes with the company's overarching goals.

THE ROLE

·Guide and mentor a team dedicated to executing the channel partner strategy in the Americas.

·Collaborate closely with the clients focus Partners to devise strategic account plans for advancing adoption.

·Conduct regular assessments to evaluate partner effectiveness and address any concerns.

·Assume responsibility for educating partners on the solution, delivering sales best practices, and aligning partner resources.

·Deploy sales and marketing tactics to bolster partner-led sales initiatives.

·Craft and execute a strategic blueprint for the Americas' channel partners.

·Achieve revenue growth via channel partners by setting and attaining sales targets.

THE INDIVIDUAL

·Over a decade of experience in channel partner management within the cybersecurity sector.

·Exceptional leadership capabilities coupled with strategic acumen.

·Necessary skills encompass partner acquisition, development, and enablement, as well as adeptness in closing deals, prospecting, sales forecasting, and presentation Proficient in business planning and territory management.

·Readiness to travel as required for partner meetings and industry events.

·Proficiency in executive-level engagements and communication

·Demonstrated expertise in establishing channel organizations.
