Spanish Speaking Support Analyst – IT Support or Service Desk Role – Budapest

Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for a Spanish speaking IT Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients.


You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems swiftly will be key to your success in this role.


Responsibilities:

Provide Technical Support:

Respond to IT service desk inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for Spanish-speaking users. Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.

Basic understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting.

Customer Service Excellence:

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical issues and provide clear instructions. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour in all interactions.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly.


Document and track issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the service desk system. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

System Maintenance & Updates:

Assist with system updates, patches, and software installations.

Monitor system performance and report potential issues to the IT team.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of common issues and solutions.

Language Support:

Provide bilingual support in both Spanish and English as needed.

Translate technical documentation and instructions for Spanish-speaking users.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bilingual IT support role.

Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).


Also a strong experience of understanding of working with business owners to propose high-quality user experience solutions for desktop and mobile web applications.

Term: 6 to 12 months plus possible extensions

Rate: Excellent day rate + Starter Bonus + Free Lunch Club experience
