THE COMPANY
Empiric are retained by a fast growing Salesforce partner with an excellent reputation in the Spanish market. The business have won numerous awards for their contribution in the Salesforce market and are on an aggressive growth phase as a business.
THE ROLE
This person will be responsible for the Sales P&L for the business and they will be tasked with maintaining the impressive company growth arc.
The role entails setting the GTM strategy for Salesforce, overseeing a team of pre-sales Architects & Engineers and overseeing the relationship they have with Salesforce.
THE INDIVIDUAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Tangible examples of setting and delivering GTM strategy within Salesforce in Spain
- Salesforce Influencer- someone who is well known in the Salesforce market and can give a big message that they are investing, they must be active in the Salesforce community
- Strong internal Salesforce network- someone who knows the overall GTM strategy and account managers
- Someone that can build proposals, create security on accounts and has a gravitas to sell and complete deals
