Empiric's client is one of the main players within the FinTech field across Europe. This business focuses on making payments as straightforward and stress-free as possible, adjusting its product offering to adapt to its customers' needs for invoice payments, in-store payments, and direct P2P/R2P payments.

The Role

They are now looking for 3 DevOps Engineers to join their established team and help them grow to the next level. They are in process of out-growing their start-up phase and are beginning on their journey to a scale-up.

• Creating infrastructure as code that is secure and scalable.
• Working with clusters, designing new ones, whilst also maintaining and managing existing ones.
• Working within a cloud environment, aiming to be as "cloud-native" as possible.
• Handling CI/CD pipelines
• Scripting to automate manual tasks

The Individual

• Strong experience working with AWS as your primary cloud experience, using a range of relevant services.
• Confident with Kubernetes/EKS, creating clusters from scratch and managing existing ones.
• Terraform experience in working with infrastructure as code.
• CI/CD tooling with the likes of Gitlab CI, Jenkins, etc.
• Database experience with MongoDB is very advantageous but not essential.
