Job Title: NetSuite Administrator

Location: New York, NY 3-4 days a week on site

Job Description:

As a NetSuite Administrator at our food and beverage company, you will play a vital role in optimizing and maintaining our NetSuite ERP system to support our business processes and growth. You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand their requirements and implement customizations, workflows, and configurations that streamline our operations. Your expertise in NetSuite will be crucial in driving system efficiencies and ensuring seamless functionality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

·Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, including user setup, roles, permissions, and customizations.

·Collaborate with different business units to gather requirements and design solutions that align with our processes and objectives.

·Implement and manage customizations, workflows, scripts, and integrations to meet business needs.

·Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users.

·Support data migration, data cleansing, and data integrity initiatives.

·Develop and deliver training to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of NetSuite.

·Stay informed about NetSuite updates, new features, and best practices, and proactively propose improvements to optimize our system usage.

·Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics for management and stakeholders.

·Collaborate with IT and external consultants to drive system enhancements and upgrades.

·Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

·Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator minimum 2 years

·Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, configurations, and customizations.

·Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for creating customizations and workflows is beneficial but not essential

·Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address system-related challenges.

·Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteAdministrator) are an advantage.
