ServiceNow Business Consultant

Location: Bulgaria (Remote)


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Business Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between our clients and our technical teams, playing a key role in the integration of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure successful implementations and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discussions through to hyper care activities.
  • Engage with clients to understand the scope of integration, process details, and technical specifications.
  • Educate clients on company standards and technical setups to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Discuss and finalise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios in collaboration with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including the ServiceNow team, Product Owners, Process Architects, Service Delivery Managers, and technical users.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams to ensure that all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines.
  • Manage small to medium-sized integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of the client. Larger projects will involve coordination with a dedicated Project Manager.
  • Prepare and maintain a detailed backlog for developers, including field mapping, triggers, endpoints, HTML methods, etc.
  • Lead UAT sessions and support clients in the testing phase, ensuring all integration points function as expected.
  • Provide support to developers by clarifying requirements and updating specifications as needed.
  • Configure credentials in Azure API for customer integrations.
  • Conduct initial investigations into incidents and liaise with customers to resolve non-technical issues when integration fails.


Key Abilities & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of API integrations and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Familiarity with Azure API configurations and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading workshops and discussions in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a consulting role, particularly with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Project management experience in IT or related fields.
  • Certification in ServiceNow or ITSM is a plus.
