The Company:

Empiric’s client is a worldwide leader in Cyber Threat Intelligence technology for both public and private sectors. Operating in over 60 countries worldwide, 1000+ employees, $400M+ in sales, and over 2,000 clients, our client is the worldwide leader in the CTI space.

We are looking for an experienced SVP Sales to lead the EMEA Sales region. This individual will lead the overall EMEA Regional Strategy and will be responsible for the ARR and Revenue growth of this market. Reporting directly into the CRO, the SVP Sales, will lead and deliver the region sales strategy establishing a heavy focus on sales management and the development of teams and talents.


The Role:

·Determine a regional strategic sales & annual business plan.

·Drive ARR growth while increasing NRR, growth in New ACV business- with the task of building a $200M Revenue business.

·Manage a successful high-performing hunters’ sales team and management of the supporting functions (such as pre-sales and tech support).

·Establish and maintain an effective formal and informal network with major customers, key partners, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers, and other stakeholders.

·Oversee the work and resources of the region and ensure the recruitment and retention of talents.

·Ensure ongoing development and training plans for talents are in place.

·Build and monitor the implementation of the annual budget plan.

·Represent the company in negotiations with customers, partners, suppliers, government departments and other key contacts to secure the most effective contract terms for the company.

·Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all health and safety and other statutory regulations.

·Maintain ongoing awareness of developments within the industry and take appropriate actions.


The Individual:

·Minimum of 15 years of sales management in enterprise software, and product and solutions selling. Previous or current experience in senior sales roles. Preferably business with revenue above $100M

·Proven management experience in SaaS business model.

·Proven experience in short term product selling and mid to long term sales.

·Proven experience in managing sales team: Account executives, pre-sales, customer experience and Sales management for product selling.

·Proven experience in driving sales of new business in UK, DACH, Benelux and Nordics.

·A proven track record in annual ARR growth of 40% and above

·Fluent English and German speaker.

·Based in the Germany.

·Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
