Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Oracle NetSuite Sales Consultant to spearhead the expansion of our consulting and application management services for Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Cloud HCM across the UK. You will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and winning new business opportunities in the marketplace.
Your Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Sell NetSuite consulting projects and Oracle HCM Cloud projects to new customers.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by owning and driving sales opportunities in the UK.
- End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospects, positioning our offerings and solutions, and leveraging industry insights and references.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately report on sales pipeline and meet objectives by identifying opportunities for our services through client engagement and market knowledge.
- Bid Management: Lead formal bidding cycles (PQQ, RFP, ITT) and coordinate responses with internal and Oracle resources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Oracle Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure strong multi-level relationships with clients and partners.
- Marketing Support: Assist with client events, seminars, and the creation of marketing collateral to promote our offerings.
Person Specification:
Essential Experience:
- Proven track record of sales achievement in Finance Cloud Solutions and Services in the mid-market.
- Demonstrable experience in building strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Expertise in sales methodologies and business case development.
- Strong understanding of the back-office applications marketplace and IT project implementation methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, solution design, and sales questioning techniques.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Well-organized with a structured approach to sales and project management.
