SFSF Expert and Scrum Master

Job Overview:

As a SuccessFactors Expert & Scrum Master for the People & Culture digital team, you will play a critical role in guiding our teams towards efficient and effective delivery while ensuring that our HR processes are optimized using SAP SuccessFactors. This unique dual role combines the leadership and facilitation skills of a Scrum Master with the technical expertise needed to manage and enhance our SuccessFactors environment.

Key Responsibilities:

SuccessFactors Expert:

Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management.

Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and other teams within the digital organization to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

Provide ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of the SuccessFactors platform.

Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices to ensure our organization leverages the full potential of the system.

Scrum Master:

Lead the People & Culture digital team through Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile best practices and removing impediments to progress.

Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure that backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and actionable.

Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and sprint burndown, and use these to drive improvements.

Facilitate communication and transparency between teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Skill requirements

Experience:

3 - 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with hands-on experience in multiple modules.

0 – 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or previous work within in an Agile environment.

Certifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.

SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is highly desirable.

Skills:

Understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors administration and configuration.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
