Role Overview: As a SuccessFactors Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing their HR systems, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. By working closely with HR stakeholders and IT teams, you will ensure the smooth operation of their HR technology landscape. Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing improvements to meet evolving business needs. Additionally, you will provide training and support to end-users to maximize system usage and effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with HR processes and business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather system enhancement requests and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with IT teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Lead the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
  • Provide training and support to HR users, empowering them to utilize SuccessFactors effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
