Senior Workday Consultant

Experienced Workday Consultant, you will:

Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them in the strategy and implementation of Workday solutions to enhance the technology's value and elevate HR's role within their organizations.

Collaborate closely with project teams, client stakeholders, and our partner Workday to ensure the successful delivery of projects to the highest standards.

Continuously expand your expertise in HR technologies, integrating them into client architectures, shaping employee experiences, and staying abreast of evolving HR trends.

In essence, alongside fellow Workday Consultants, you'll be dedicated to assisting clients in crafting their HR technology strategies and architectures, while maximizing the potential value of their Workday solutions in a dynamic HR landscape. From conceptualization to implementation and ongoing support, you'll play a pivotal role, leveraging our collective experience to offer clients valuable insights into the latest developments and trends.

About You

3 to 7 years of relevant experience, including consulting directly with clients.

Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (Core/Soft Modules).

Exceptional ability to translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements effectively.

Adept at communication, adept at building strong relationships, and a collaborative team player.

Demonstrates intellectual curiosity alongside excellent analytical skills.

Thrives in diverse, international environments and is willing to travel as required.

Possesses a university degree in engineering, IT, HR, economics, or equivalent. A post-graduate degree is advantageous.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is preferred. Additional languages are a bonus.

Certification in at least one HCM module is required, with proficiency in multiple Workday HCM modules considered highly advantageous.
