Are you a skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex, multi-subsidiary NetSuite or ERP implementations? We’re recruiting on behalf of a prestigious NetSuite partner looking for an experienced Enterprise NetSuite/ERP Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

As the Enterprise NetSuite/ERP Project Manager, you will oversee high-impact ERP projects spanning multiple subsidiaries, with each project typically lasting over six months. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on handling large-scale, multifaceted implementations, where effective leadership and meticulous organisation are essential. You’ll play a critical role in driving project success and building long-term client relationships while ensuring seamless project delivery from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise-Level Projects: Manage end-to-end NetSuite/ERP implementations for multi-subsidiary clients, adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and acting as a strategic advisor throughout the project.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply best practices and lessons learned to enhance project processes and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven success in managing complex, multi-subsidiary ERP projects, ideally within a NetSuite environment.
• Skills: Exceptional project management skills, with experience in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Communication: Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Qualification: Project management certification (Agile, PMP, or similar) is desirable but not essential.
• Results-Driven: A proactive and solution-oriented approach, focused on delivering results that meet or exceed client expectations.
