- Working knowledge of banking and financial services processes, particularly in lending, deposit management, and credit.
- Ability to work with technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, integrations, and system troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in agile project management methodologies is a plus.
