The Role:
We are supporting a highly regarded NetSuite Partner in their search for a talented Field Service Management Specialist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on transformative projects that integrate NetSuite ERP with field service operations for a wide range of industries.
As a Field Service Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising NetSuite solutions tailored to field service processes such as workforce scheduling, dispatching, inventory management, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to gather and analyse their field service management (FSM) requirements, translating them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Configure and customise NetSuite, focusing on FSM areas such as service scheduling, resource allocation, spare parts inventory, and work order management.
- Design and implement seamless integrations between NetSuite and third-party FSM tools to enhance workflows and data sharing.
- Develop client-specific dashboards, reports, and KPIs for performance tracking, including SLA adherence, resource utilisation, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support, ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and NetSuite developments to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.
What We're Looking For:
- NetSuite Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration and implementation, particularly in Field Service Management.
- Field Service Experience: Deep understanding of FSM processes, such as scheduling, route optimisation, inventory management, service contracts, and field technician workflows.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integration tools (e.g., SuiteTalk, REST APIs).
- Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated skill in crafting tailored NetSuite solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and deliver training to end-users.
- Project Leadership: Experience leading or contributing to NetSuite FSM implementations in industries such as utilities, professional services, or manufacturing.
- Certifications: NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) are a plus but not essential.
