Empiric is currently collaborating with one of the most established businesses in the SuccessFactors and SAP space in Europe. They are looking to hire a senior individual who has gained experience with SuccessFactors implementations in Employee Central.

Here you would work with a wide portfolio of customers, across various industries, ensuring that the work you will be doing is engaging and challenging.

Responsibilities:

• Working on SAP SuccessFactors implementations, acting as the technical point of contact regarding the digitalisation of human resources systems/workflows.
• Host workshops for clients, to discover their challenges and requirements as a business, to ensure the solution delivered is aligned to the criteria.
• Work on the implementation of Human Capital Management technologies, across SAP SuccessFactors and relevant modules.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Employee Central, additional modules is useful.
• Fluency with Polish is necessary, due to the nature of the customers you will work with.
• Previous experience in a consulting position, engaging with the customer.
