We are collaborating with a leading Global service provider who are looking for a SuccessFactors Product Owner to take functional responsibility for all SuccessFactors modules as they go through their Global implementation and rollout of the full SuccessFactors suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the globalisation of HR Transformation and SuccessFactors as the business's primary IT platform.
• Lead projects with module owners and HR IT specialists.
• Ensure the business remain compliant with relevant standards and regulations within its SuccessFactors and HR Transformation projects.
• Build and organise Role based permissions and processes.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with a variety of SuccessFactors modules, ideally Employee Central as one of them
• Experience with Digital Transformation projects including designing & introducing standardised processes.
• Prior experience managing projects - expertise with international projects is a big plus.
• Residing in Germany with valid visa/right to work.
