Technical Account Manager - Germany Based

The Company:

Empiric’s client is leader of application delivery and cyber security solutions for virtual, cloud and software defined data centres.

The Role:

• Owning Customers Post Sales relationship
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and customer personnel to work effectively
• Participating in Customers onboarding to our clients services
• Analysing Customer needs and developing strategies to ensure Customers satisfaction
• Deep understanding of customer technical requirements and customizations
• Cooperating with different departments in with our client internally (Support, Cloud, Professional Services, R&D), to ensure customers gain the best value and service
• Advocating owned accounts internally and managing the escalation process
• Performing periodic high touch meetings with Customers and providing operational and security reporting.

The Individual:

• At least 5 years industry-relevant, Networking and Security integration/maintenance work experience.
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of networking equipment (routing, switching), firewalls, IDS/IPS, network protocols and DDoS protection
• Security consulting experience
• Strong presentation skills, communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
• Fluent English communication – written and verbal
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
