Technical Account Manager - Germany Based
The Company:
Empiric’s client is leader of application delivery and cyber security solutions for virtual, cloud and software defined data centres.
The Role:
- Owning Customers Post Sales relationship
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and customer personnel to work effectively
- Participating in Customers onboarding to our clients services
- Analysing Customer needs and developing strategies to ensure Customers satisfaction
- Deep understanding of customer technical requirements and customizations
- Cooperating with different departments in with our client internally (Support, Cloud, Professional Services, R&D), to ensure customers gain the best value and service
- Advocating owned accounts internally and managing the escalation process
- Performing periodic high touch meetings with Customers and providing operational and security reporting.
The Individual:
- At least 5 years industry-relevant, Networking and Security integration/maintenance work experience.
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of networking equipment (routing, switching), firewalls, IDS/IPS, network protocols and DDoS protection
- Security consulting experience
- Strong presentation skills, communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
- Fluent English communication – written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
