Salesforce Scrum Master- Freelance

• Location: Hybrid, minimum of 1 day onsite in Lisbon or Porto (Rest of days remote)
• Applicants must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate for the role
• Initial contract length: 6 months initial

Empiric are working our partner to secure a Salesforce Scrum Master on a freelancer basis. You will be working on a major Salesforce project with multiple squads where Agile & SAFe knowledge is still under development. Being able to work with collaboratively with other teams will be key for the position.

THE ROLE

THE INDIVIDUAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 4+ years experience as a Scrum Master
• Minimum of 2 years as Scrum Master on Salesforce project
• Strong Agile experience & implementing for software development projects
• Experience working closely with PO to organise backlogs and prioritise user stories
• Experience supporting Technical Lead on release planning
• Experience with Jira admin, monitoring and setting up filters, monitors, labels and components
• Certified Scrum master (CSM ) or equivalent certification is a bonus
