THE JOB

• Lead a small team of SuccessFactors consultants and projects across Employee Central, Recruiting and other modules.
• Working on and leading complex and diverse projects.
• Great opportunity for internal growth, allowing you to get hands on with all modules, before deciding whether you wish to stay as a multi-module professional or a SME across 2 or 3.

THE INDIVIDUAL

• 3+ years working on SuccessFactors configurations and implementations.
• Experience leading a team or leading projects is ideal.
• Willing to travel around Germany when needed.
• Passionate about getting hands on with all SAP SF modules.
• C1 level German is a nice to have.
