Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements in areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
2. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
3. Design and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations to ensure seamless automation and optimization of IT and business processes.
4. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve defects and ensure the overall quality and stability of the implemented solutions.
5. Assist in the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance platform functionality and efficiency.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
