Remote, Germany + occasional travel

€90,000 - €140,000+ salary (dependant on experience)

THE COMPANY:

This business is one of the top German consultancies, working with the most prestigious clients across Europe. They have trebled their headcount in the last 3 years and are looking to grow further.

THE JOB:

• Lead a team of 8-10 world class Employee Central consultants.
• Work as a hands on leader, helping with end-end project management from pre-sales to successful go live and aftercare.
• Work with clients across Europe on a variety of complex and interesting projects,

THE INDIVIDUAL:

• 4+ years working on SuccessFactors configurations and implementations.
• Prior experience working with and successfully integrating Employee Central.
• Willing to travel around Germany when needed.
• C1 level German is a nice to have.
• Prior leadership experience within SuccessFactors is a nice to have.
